铁路安全风险管理及其有效实施的条件探索

随着我国经济的发展以及铁路网的逐渐建成，我国对铁路安全监管重视度也在随之加强，特别是在铁路运输安全方面。近年来，我国铁路事业实现了快速发展，但是我国却缺失了一套与之相适应的风险安全监管机制，以至于铁路运输安全事故频频发生。文中阐释了关于铁路运输风险管理的总体要求、工作目标、基本原则，分析了我国铁路运输风险管理的现状，并在分析的基础上，探索相关行之有效的实施条件，借此保证我国铁路运输安全以及铁路事业的健康持续发展。

Railway Safety Risk Management and Effective Implementation of the Exploration

With the development of our national economy and the rail network in our country, gradually built on railway safety management in importance to strengthen it, especially in railway transportation security. In recent years, China＇s railway business achieved rapid development in our country, but missing a set with suitable risk safety supervision mechanism that railway transport safety accidents occurred frequently. In this case, the author illustrates the risk management of railway transportation the overall requirements, work objectives, basic principles, this paper analyzes the present situation of railway transport risk management, and based on the analysis, to explore the implementation of the relevant effective conditions to ensure the safety in railway transportation and railway the healthy sustainable development.
