案例教学法在证据法学教学中的应用

摘    要:证据法学作为一门应用性极强的法律学科,在其教学中应用案例教学法更具有先进性、适用性和科学性。案例教学法作为一种独特的教学方式,它通过在课前有针对性的准备、课堂上教师提出案例和学生分析案例、课后交流三个阶段,使教师和学生能达到有效的沟通,共同进步,并且能更好地提高学生认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Abstract:Evidencelaw is a law subject with stronger application performance,during the teaching of it,case method is more advanced,applicated and scientific.Case method as a particular teaching mean,includes three stages:prepares before class,teacher puts forward case and students analyzes case in the class,discusses after class.Case methed makes teacher and students communicate effectively,improve together,and can improve students' ablities to understand,analyze,resolve problem.
