农产品标准化是现代农业和食品安全的基础

摘    要:食品安全问题在我国比较突出,其原因主要是我国农业现代化进程滞后。现代化农业的三个基本特征是:经营企业化、生产集约化、产品标准化。因此,重视和加快农产品和食品标准化建设不仅对于实现农业现代化十分必要,也是确保食品安全的基础。面对新的食品安全需求,风险管理模式被认为是有效的管理模式,风险管理的主要内容之一就是规范化、标准化生产。然而农业没有现代企业化的经营和集约化生产条件,也难以保证产品标准化。制定国家标准对于食品安全管理固然重要。但生产企业更应该首先重视和完善自身的标准化建设.

Abstract:Food safety problems are especially serious in China, which results from our delay of agricultural modernization process. Three basic characteristics of modern agriculture are management industrialization, production intensification and products standardization. Therefore, the construction of standardization for food and agricuhural products should be paid more attention and put into fast development. It is not only indispensable to fulfill the agricultural modernization but also essential to ensure food safety. Meeting new requirements for it, the risk management mode is considered as an effective way whose main content is standardized production. However, if agriculture did not have modern enterprise operation and conditions of intensive production, products standardization would not be guaranteed. There is no doubt that the establishment of national standards for food safety management is important, but manufacturing enterprises should even more emphasize and enhance their standardized construction firstly.
