高校校园网用户满意度影响因素实证研究——以云南财经大学为例

随着现代教育信息化的发展和互联网技术的广泛应用,高校校园网成为了高校师生获取校内外信息资源和互联网信息资源的重要入口,同时也是高校对外展现和宣传学校的有效手段。因此,国内外大多数高校都建立了具有自身特点的校园网。然而,由于高校校园网具有资源共享、信息交流、协同工作等基本功能,使用过程中还有许多问题需要解决,所以为了进一步了解高校校园网建设与发展中存在的问题,文章从用户满意度相关理论研究的基础出发,采用文献分析、问卷调查和统计分析等研究方法,以云南财经大学校园网的用户满意度研究为例,通过现有的高校校园网满意度相关研究成果,对云南财经大学校园网用户满意度影响因素进行研究。为高校校园网管理部门及相关领导提供校园网建设的参考建议,使其能够不断改进服务质量,提高工作效率。

The Research of Campus Network User Satisfaction Influencing Factors --Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

Now. with the wide application of internet technology and the （levelopment of modem information technology in education, campus network has become an important entrance for teachers and students to obtain internal and external information resources and the interact information resources, it is also an effective measure of external display and lmhlicity. Therefnre, most of the universities at home and abroad have established campus nelwork with own characteristics. However. due to the campus network with resource sharing, infimnation exehange, cooperative work and other basic functions, there almany problems need to be solved, so in order to farther understand the problems of university campus network that has existed in the construction and development, this pape, from related theory of the user satisfaction, using the research methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surw-y and statistical analysis. This pape, studies the user satisfaction of campus network of Yunnan University of Finance anti Eco- nomies as an example, through the existing related researeh of campus network satisfaetion, studies the influencing factnrs of customer satisfaction in campus network of Yunnan Universitv of Finanee and Eeonomics. and provides the campus network construction suggestions for campus network management and leadership, helps to improve service quality and work efficien- cy continuously.
