| 摘 要： | 从制度的视角探讨了区域文化环境的概念和基本组成,分析了区域文化环境对区域创新系统的根植性的促进和培育作用;基于现有的理论和实证研究,从促进交互式学习、推进合作创新、加强知识交流、强化非交易性的相互依赖等方面,对文化环境在区域创新系统中的作用进行了系统归纳和梳理。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the concept and the composing of regional culture environment from the institutional perspective,and analyzes the effects that regional culture environment promote and cultivate the embeddedness in regional innovation system.Furthermore,it concluds and reviews the effects of culture environment in regional innovation system from the following aspects：promoting interactive learning,improving cooperation innovation,enhancing knowledge communication and strengthening untraded interdependence. |
