| 摘 要： | 对KIBS外包的内涵、机理以及其与企业绩效间关系的研究进行梳理,并对这三方面的研究发展进行展望。研究表明:国外关于KIBS外包的研究多数基于发达国家的研究背景,较少关注发展中国家;国内关于KIBS的研究起步较晚,至今没有系统的理论和实证研究。鉴于此,从不同视角建立系统的、适合国内KIBS以及KIBS外包发展的机制,是未来需要努力的方向。

| Abstract: | This paper cards the theoretical and empirical research literatures on the connotation and mechanism of KIBS outsourcing and the relationship between it and firm performance,and makes a prospect about the future development of these three aspects mentioned above.The result shows as follows：most of foreign research on KIBS outsourcing are based on the background of developed countries,and the less are based on the developing ones;domestic research on KIBS outsourcing starts late,and systematic theoretical and empirical study is still lack.Therefore,it is should be done that establishing systematic and suitable development mechanism for KIBS outsourcing in China. |
