谈大学生素质构成的不平衡与解决对策

在我国大学生的素质构成中，存在着内在素质之间和内在素质与外在能力之间的不平衡，这表现为道德素质、心理承受能力与审美能力与学生的文化水平的不和谐；文化水平与实际能力的不平衡。要改变这种现状，需要从思想认识上更加科学地看待素质教育，把素质教育作为一种长效教育、做人教育、和谐的教育。

A Comment on the Unbalance of the Quality Constitution of College Students and its Countermeasure

There are two kinds of unbalances among the quality components of college students. They exist among deferent qualities and between the intrinsic qualities and extrinsic abilities. It is shown as an unbalance of knowledge quality compared with moral quality, psychology quality, aesthetic judgment, as well as an unbalance between their knowledge quality and their real abilities. In order to change this situation, we need hold a more scientific opinion about quality education. It should be considered as a longterm education, a human being behavior education and a harmonious education.
