| 摘 要： | 技术创新的外部性导致创新者难以完全攫取创新的全部收益,在一定程度上损害了竞争性企业创新活动的积极性.通过政府补贴对企业创新的激励并不总是有效的.通过建立模型,分析事前和事后补贴方式对于企业创新激励的机理,认为事前补贴不会产生和提高努力程度的激励,不宜采用,为政府合理决策提供参考.

| Abstract: | The externality of technological innovation leads the owner of innovation to hardly obtain all the profit of the innovation,which in a extent impair the enthusiasm of innovation. Inducing the enterprises to make technology innovation by government subsidy is not efficient all the time. |
