摘    要:现有的小型颗粒化装备生产过程不连续,颗粒化规格不均匀,能耗高,针对小颗粒种子颗粒化装置易出现的问题,设计一种利用离心力和重力通过螺旋缸进行颗粒化加工的连续型生产装置,实现了装备体积小且能满足颗粒化加工过程连续的功能,使得生产效率更快,平均功耗更低,性能更加稳定,颗粒化规格更均匀。

Abstract:The production process of the existing small granulation equipment is discontinuous,the granulation specifications are not uniform,and the energy consumption is high.Aiming at the problems that are prone to occur in the small seed granulation equipment,a centrifugal force and gravity are used to design a granulation process through a spiral cylinder.The continuous production device realizes the small size of the equipment and the continuous function of the granulation process,which makes the production efficiency faster,the average power consumption is lower,the performance is more stable,and the granulation specifications are more uniform.
