四川省农业资源可持续利用评价研究

目的]农业能否持续发展关系着整个国民经济的发展,而影响农业持续发展的主要因素是资源,因此探讨分析资源的利用情况对于促进农业及社会经济发展具有十分重要的意义。方法]鉴于四川省农业资源的特点,构建合理的四川省农业资源可持续利用评价指标体系,通过层次分析法对其进行评价。结果]四川省农业资源可持续利用评价的最终得分为62.79,在可持续性利用很好得分范围内;权重结果显示准则层中6个指标的大小依次为水资源(0.284 1)经济资源(0.257 4)生物资源(0.172 6)社会资源(0.168 4)土地资源(0.067 1)环境资源(0.050 4),其中水资源和经济资源对四川省可持续利用的贡献较大。结论]四川省农业资源可持续利用发展水平潜力较大,基于可持续发展理念,应综合考虑土地资源的监管、环境资源保护以及生态环境改善等方面,互相促进,协调发展,从而保持并促进四川省农业的持续发展。

RESEARCH ON THE SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

The sustainable development of agriculture is related to the development of the entire national economy. The main factor affecting the sustainable development of agriculture is resources. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore and analyze the utilization of resources for the promotion of agriculture and socio-economic development. In view of the characteristics of Sichuan''s agricultural resources, a reasonable indicator system for the sustainable use of agricultural resources in Sichuan province was constructed and evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process. The results showed that the final score of the assessment of sustainable use of agricultural resources in Sichuan province was 62.79, which was within the range of good scores for sustainable use; the results of the weights showed that the six indicators in the criteria layer were water resources (0.2841) > economic resources (0.2574)> biological resources (0.1726)> social resources (0.1684)> land resources (0.0671)> environmental resources (0.0504), of which water resources and economic resources make a large contribution to the sustainable use of Sichuan province. Sustainable development of agricultural resources in Sichuan province has a great potential for development. Based on the concept of sustainable development, comprehensive consideration should be given to the supervision of land resources, the protection of environmental resources, and the improvement of the ecological environment, and promote and coordinate development so as to maintain and promote the sustainable development of agriculture in Sichuan province.
