移动式油井原油产量计量装置的研制与应用

在对油田油井计量技术现状及存在问题分析的基础上，提出了研制一种小型化高效分离、自动连续稳定运行、准确度高、撬装式移动方便的油气水三相计量装置，实现对油田油井产量（液量、油量、气量）的准确计量。该装置有效解决了目前高含水油井、低产液油井、混串油井、低气量油井、间歇油井的产量计量问题，还可以对油田在用计量装置进行校验，提高在用计量装置的准确性。

The Development and Application of Movable Measuring Installation for Well Crude Oil Production

Based on the analysis of the state and problem of metering technology about oil wells in oilfields, it is suggested that one three-phase metering installation for water, gas and oil should be researched and developed in order to measure the oil output of oilfield wells accurately, which is characterized by the mini-size and high efficient separation, the automatic, continuous and stable operation, the high accuracy and the convenient skid-mounted movement. This installation has effectively solved the problem of output measurement in different wells such as high water-bearing wells, low producing liquid wells, mixed wells, low gas amount wells and belching wells. It can also check the metering installations being used in oilfields and improve the accuracy of them.
