| 摘 要： | 文化的建立实际上是一种理念,一种意识的形成。企业文化是企业无形资产的重要内容。企业在发展过程中,要维持有形资产和无形资产的平衡,从某种程度上来讲,文化正是它进步的内在动力。中国传统文化博大精深,其中很多内容对现代企业的发展具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The building of culture is actually foundation of one idea and(or) consciousness.Enterprise culture is an important content of enterprise invisible assets.In the development of process,enterprise keeps the balance between its visible and invisible assets;on some degree,culture is just internal power of enterprise development.Traditional Chinese culture is broad and profound,most of which have positive reference meaning to the development of modern enterprise. |
