| 摘 要： | 在明确财务管理本科专业人才培养目、标定位的基础上，以培养应用型高级财务管理人才为中心，通过贯彻实施“导师制”和“导学制”，构建专业理论课程体系、实践教学体系和教学质量监控体系以优化财务管理本科专业人才培养方案。提高人才培养质量。但在财务管理专业特色的培育以及实践教学体系研究与实现途径等问题上还需要采取进一步措施予以解决。
