摘要：	3月12日,市委书记陈敏尔,市委副书记、市长唐良智到南岸区广阳岛调研生态环保工程项目复工。陈敏尔强调,要深学笃用习近平生态文明思想,坚定不移贯彻“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”方针,统筹推进山水林田湖草系统治理,持续推进长江生态环境保护修复,筑牢长江上游重要生态屏障,加快建设山清水秀美丽之地,努力在推进长江经济带绿色发展中发挥示范作用。
