再论内公外私产权

内公外私产权是组织对内建立非排他性公有契约，对外建立排他性私人契约的产权形式。本文从集体行动的逻辑、重复博弈的逻辑、对内利他对外利己行为的生物学逻辑．逐层论证了内公外私产权存在的内在逻辑；从路径依赖的逻辑，论证了在市场经济现实中内公外私产权存在的理由．从而进一步证明它是具有一定概率的重要产权形式之一。

Re-exposition on the Internally-public-externally-private Property

The internally-public-externally-private property is a kind of equity formed by internally establishing a non-exclusive public agreement and externally establishing an exclusive private agreement by an organization.Based on the author's previous expositions,the paper was divided into 4 levels and it expounded and proved the inherent logic for existence of the internally-public-externally-private property with respect to the logic of collective actions,the logic of repeated games,and the biological logic of the behavior which internally benefits others and externally benefits oneself.In the end,the paper demonstrated the reason why the internally-public-externally-private property exists in the practical market-oriented economy from the point of the view of the route dependent logic.As a result,it proved that such equity is one of the critical equity forms,which has a certain probabilities.
