水处理装置离子交换树脂破碎的危害及对策

水处理装置使用离子交换树脂对生水进行脱盐净化处理 ,在双室浮动床的运行过程中树脂颗粒出现大量破碎现象 ,给正常生产带来严重影响。本文从物理和化学两方面因素 ,分析了引起树脂破碎的原因 ,提出了减缓树脂破碎以及消除碎树脂影响的具体解决方法 :在选购树脂时 ,要选择粒度均匀、强度好的树脂 ;在使用树脂时 ,要控制适当的操作参数 ,优化运行工况 ;当树脂发生破碎时 ,要及时进行清洗 ,防止碎树脂给运行及后续设备带来不必要的麻烦。

Cause of Ion-exchange Resin Broken and Its Countermeasures in Water Treatment Plant

Un-boiled water is desalted by ion-exchange resin in the water treatment plant,but plenty of broken resin phenomenon exists in the double-floating bed working process.It has harmful effect on the water treatment.The paper analyzes the causes of broken resin from chemical and physical aspects.The prevention measures are adopted to reduce the resin's rate of breakage.Based on practice,it also presents the ways to solve this problem.When selecting and purchasing the resin,attention should be paid to its mechanical strength and grain size.When using the resin,a suitable parameter should be controued and technological operation should be in the water treatment plant.If the resin gets broken,it will be washed timely to prevent the production or next operation from trouble by the broken resin.
