| 摘 要： | 本文利用我国2001年和2005年的数据分析了FDI对我国区域技术创新能力提升的影响,发现FDI对中国区域技术创新能力提升的影响程度与技术本身所属的原创层次、技术含量、对企业的重要程度及当地企业的吸收能力相关。笔者分析了其原因,并探讨了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the effect of FDI on China's technology innovation by using the data of 2001and 2005 of China. It finds that the spillover of FDI in China is related with the level of technology and the importance to the enterprise and the absorbency of the local enterprise. The paper also analyses the reasons and makes some suggestions for meeting the improvement of the capability of regional technical innovation. |
