| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区农业生态环境脆弱，各种农业灾害分布广泛，发生频繁，历来是制约西部农业经济乃至整个国民经济可持续发展的重要因素，本文在分析西部农业灾害的特点和自然与人为成因的基础上，从维护整个西部农业可持续发展的角度提出农业减灾的主要对策。

| Abstract: | The ecological environment of our western agriculture is very fragile. Different kinds of agricultural disaster, which exist widespread and occur frequently, are the important factor which restrict the sustained development of western agriculture and national economy. On basis of analyzing the characters of our western agriculture and the natural and man-made causes, the essay put forward the primary countermeasures of reducing agriculture disaster from the point of keeping the sustained development of western agriculture. |
