| 摘 要： | 在日新月异的互联网信息技术及资本市场全球化的影响下,交易所失去了以往其自然垄断地位的基础,同时传统的会员制相对保守的作风和缓慢的决策机制已难以适应激烈的市场竞争,这直接推动了全球交易所的公司化改制、上市、并购的风潮.在这样的背景下,通过分析中国交易所改革与发展状况,探讨了全球交易所公司化改革发展态势及动因,及全球交易所公司化改制对中国的启示.

| Abstract: | On the impact of internet information technology and globalization of capital market,exchange loses former basis of easy monopolization,at the same time it is difficult relative conservative style and slow decision-making mechanism of traditional member system to adapt to the hot competition,these drive directly the companization reform,listing,mergers and acquisitions of global exchange.Under this background,by analyzing reform and development status of Chinese exchange discusses the companization reform development situation and motivation of global exchange and its inspiration for China. |
