| 摘 要： | 文章运用多元统计之因子分析方法研究了对我国跨国并购FDI变动的影响因素,研究表明跨国并购FDI变动的主要因子是技术进步、国内经济景气程度和国际经济景气程度综合因素,并通过对4个不同历史时期进行考察与分析,发现各个综合因素在不同时期的作用及重要程度不相同.
