| 摘 要： | 人文素质教育是指一种生活态度、人生观及人格修养的教育,其目的在于陶冶人文精神,培养人文素质。在人才成为一个国家最重要战略资源的今天,人文素质已经成为一个人、一个企业以致一个国家谋求发展、提高竞争力的重要条件。高职教育的特点要求我们不仅要注重对学生专业技能的培养,还要注重人文素质教育,以促进高职学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Humanistic quality education(HQE) refers to a kind of education on life attitude,philosophy as well as personality culture.The goal of HQE is to edify humanistic spirit and cultivate humanistic quality.At present time when talent is regarded as the most important strategic resource,humanistic quality has become a significant factor to pursue development,enhance competency for a person,an enterprise,even a state.The characters of higher vocational education require the colleges not only to pay attention to students' special skill training,but also to their humanistic quality education in order to realize a prompt sound development of higher vocational students. |
