高职计算机专业深化人才培养模式改革的探索与实践

我国高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式的探索虽然取得了一定的成果,但随着科技日新月异的发展,计算机人才培养模式与企业实际用人要求还有一定的差距,存在培养目标宽泛、课程设置滞后、＂双师结构＂教师缺乏、人才培养与市场需求脱节等问题。因此,计算机专业人才培养模式改革要主动适应市场需求,科学定位培养目标,以就业为导向,构建＂素能本位、校企互动、课证融合＂的人才培养模式,并进行课程体系和教学模式改革,优化师资队伍结构,进一步提高人才培养的效率和质量,更好地满足社会经济发展对计算机应用人才的需求。

On the Exploration and Practice of the Computer Major Professionals Reform
