摘    要:随着我国酒店业的迅速发展,我国酒店与跨国酒店集团在硬实力上的差距越来越小,竞争力的不足主要体现在软实力方面.结合我国酒店软实力的发展现状,我们应该从开发软资源、强化潜在软实力转化等方面提升我国酒店软实力.
