| 摘 要： | 从2011年以来我国非时政类报刊转企改制的改革背景入手,立足科技期刊,提出科技期刊坚持＂为人民出版,替科研服务＂的职责与出版精品期刊的质量目标、强化经营意识与服务意识、打造学习型期刊社等对策。以科学发展观为指导,把握方向,分析路径,提供思路,加强非时政类期刊转企改制的应对探讨,从而推进我国科研事业的发展有着极其重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | The author analyzes our country non political newspapers into enterprises reform background since 2011.Based on the periodicals of science and technology,the research puts forward several countermeasure,such as science and technology journals adhering to the principle of ＂ Publishing for the People,Publishing for Scientific Research Service ＂ duty and publishing journals quality objectives,strengthens management consciousness and service consciousness,builds the learning periodical agency and so on. |
