摘    要:“内陆物流港”是“内陆货运村”的扩展形式。本文分析了“内陆物流港”的基本功能、设立模式、选址策略等,认为深圳的龙华片区是建设香港的“内陆物流港”的最佳区位;论证了“内陆物流港”的五项功能设施:集装箱重箱堆场、普通仓库区、保税仓、海关监管集装箱空箱堆场和海关集中监管仓库区,其中后两项为探索性的设施形式。最后,阐述了在深圳建设香港“内陆物流港”的四项政策建议.

Abstract:According to this paper,inland logistics terminal is an expansive form of inland freight village.Construction pattern of inland logistics terminal should be transformed from existed logistics park in Shenzhen or constructed specially.The optimal position of inland logistics terminal should be located in Longhua area of Shenzhen.Hong Kong inland logistics terminal constructed in Shnezhen should provide such five functional infrastructures: full-container yards,common warehouse area,boned warehouses,yards of empty-container under custom's supervision,warehouses under custom's centralized supervision.The last two construction patterns with exploring feature are essential.Finally,four policy recommendations for constructing Hong Kong inland logistics terminal in Shenzhen are proposed.
