| 摘 要： | 一直以来，我国商业银行犯罪案件发生率居高不下，重特大案件频发，暴露出商业银行在内部控制体系建设上存在缺陷和漏洞。在内部控制理论的基础上，深入分析我国商业银行内部控制体系建设上存在的问题，对商业银行内部控制体系的建设提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | At present, financial crime cases have dramatically increased in China, and which became the most crucial dilemma we have to face in the process of financial system reform. Based on the internal control theory, the author analyzes the problem internal control management of commercial bank in China, and puts forward certain rational suggestions to set up internal control system of commercial banks. |
