| 摘 要： | 在国际产业转移中,中国曾实施以“市场换技术”的战略,促进了中国产业结构的优化和工业技术进步,但中国工业的技术水平要缩小与发达国家的差距,仅靠国际产业转移造成的技术外溢无法实现,需要提升自主技术创新能力。中国现阶段的创新战略是加快模块化创新步伐。 |

| Abstract: | In the international industrial transfer,China has implemented the "market for technology" strategy for the optimization of the industrial structure and the progress of industrial technology.But only relying on technology spillover caused by the international transfer can not narrow the gap between China and developed countries fundamentally in level of industrial technology.The current creative strategy in China is quicken the model creative step. |
