摘    要:解决三农问题,核心是农民增收,而增收的关键是提高中国农产品的市场竞争力.随着农产品买方市场的形成和人们生活水平的提高,购买带有品牌名称的"绿色食品"、"无公害瓜果蔬菜"已备受青睐.在这种趋势下引领名牌农产品正在成为一种消费时尚.实施农业名牌战略、通过农产品创名牌、提高农产品市场竞争力并带动农村相关产业的发展,是实现农民增收、农业增效、农村经济全面发展的重要措施.
