| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆无权对读者违规予以处罚,高校图书馆读者违规所产生的法律关系应为读者与高校之间的民事法律关系.高校对于图书馆读者污损、超期、丢失图书、损害图书馆财产时,可以认定其违反合同,通过违约金及赔偿损失予以追偿.

| Abstract: | The university library has no right to punish readers who break library rules and regulations,and the legal relationship caused by the readers' violation belongs to the civil legal relationship between the readers and the university.If readers deface books,forget to return books,lose books or damage the library's property,the library can judge that they are in breach of contract and obtain redress by penalties and compensations for loss. |
