| 摘 要： | 本文采用单位根检验、协整分析、误差修正模型以及Granger因果关系检验等现代经济学计量方法，对湖北省房地产业的发展与经济增长的关系进行实证研究。发现湖北省经济增长是房地产业发展的Granger原因，经济的快速增长带动了房地产经济的发展，反之房地产投资对经济拉动作用却不显著。

The Relationship between the Real Estate and the Economy in HuBei |

| Abstract: | Based on the unit root tests, cointegration tests, error correction model and Granger causality tests, the paper empirically researches the relationship between the real estate and the economy in HuBei. The results show that the economic growth is Granger cause to the development of real estate, which means the economic growth brings the development of real estate while the investment of real estate has less effect on the economic growth. |
