| 摘 要： | 二级党校建设是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分。随着高职教育的迅猛发展和人才培养方式的不断革新，二级党校建设理当顺势而动、与时俱进。为此，二级党校应建立健全组织机构，完善教学管理制度建设，强化师资，创新教学模式，优化考核体系，加大经费保障力度，进而扩大自身的感召力，确保高职院校人才培养目标得以顺利实现。

| Abstract: | The construction of secondary party school is an important part of party construction work in higher vocational colleges. With the rapid development of higher education and the constant innovation of talent cultivation mode, the construction of secondary party school should also keep up with the times. Therefore, the secondary party school should establish and improve the organizational structure, optimize the construction of teaching management system, strengthen the building of teachers＇ team, innovate teaching mode, improve examination and evaluation system and enhance fund support so as to expand the charisma and ensure the smooth accomplishment of the talent cultivation goal in higher vocational colleges. |
