基于复杂网络分析的区域战略性新兴产业创新能力评价

为科学合理地评价我国30个省市地区战略性新兴产业创新能力,立足复杂网络视角,提出基于余弦相似度-灰色模糊综合评价模型。首先对区域战略性新兴产业创新能力影响因素进行归纳分析,构建区域战略性新兴产业创新能力评价指标体系;其次基于余弦相似度与网络分析法建立复杂网络节点重要性评价模型以确定各指标权重;最后运用灰色模糊综合评价方法对区域战略性新兴产业创新能力进行评价。实证结果表明,2017年度我国东部、中部与西部三个区域中6个省市地区战略性新兴产业创新能力较好,其余24个省市地区则次之。

Evaluation of Regional Strategic Emerging Industry Innovation Ability Based on Complex Network Analysis

In order to evaluate the innovation ability of strategic emerging industries in 30 provinces and regions of China scientifically and reasonably, based on the perspective of complex network, a comprehensive evaluation model based on cosine similarity grey fuzzy is proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors of regional strategic emerging industry innovation ability are summarized and analyzed, and the evaluation index system of regional strategic emerging industry innovation ability is constructed; secondly, the evaluation model of complex network node importance is established based on cosine similarity and ANP to determine the weight of each index; finally, the innovation ability of regional strategic emerging industry is evaluated by grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Evaluation. The empirical results show that in 2017, six provinces and regions in the eastern, central and western regions of China have better innovation capacity in strategic emerging industries, followed by the other 24 provinces and regions.
