| 摘 要： | 技能型人力资本对我国经济发展具有重要性意义，其有效供给增加将有助于我国产业结构的升级换代、技术创新水平的提升和企业竞争力的增强。本文拟从技能型人才的供给方出发和基于人力资本投资主体多元化与投资形式多样化的视角，探讨如何加大技能型人力资本投资力度，摸索出对各方都有利的综合投资路径，以试图解决技能型人才的供求矛盾。

| Abstract: | Skilled human capital is important to China＇s economic development, because the sufficient supply will contribute to China＇s industrial structure upgrading, to technology innovation and the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses how to increase the skilled human capital investment from the perspective of supply party and various investment subjects and forms, and finds out the comprehensive investment path to all parties, attempting to solve the contradiction between supply and demand. |
