| 摘 要： | “合规性”贸易壁垒是保护本国产业和市场的有效手段,但是如果运用不当也会损害国家的政治和经济利益,通过建立适合我国的“合规性”贸易壁垒的政治经济模型,并对模型进行详细分析,研究发展中国家如何对“合规性”贸易壁垒进行合理的运用,以达到政治利益和经济利益的统一。

| Abstract: | Trade barriers complying with WTO rules are the effective means of protecting domestic industries and markets. Domestic welfare will be affected if trade barriers are applied improperly. The paper sets up a political and economic model on trade barriers suitable for China and analyzes how a developing country like China can apply them rationally while complying with. WTO rules. |
