海外矿山项目 可行性研究浅析

文章在简述海外矿山投资项目可行性研究的必要性、分析其特点的基础上,指出我国现阶段海外矿山项目可行性研究存在的主要问题是:①注重可行性研究报告备案、审批,忽视其功能的发挥;②偏重定性分析,缺乏定量分析;③擅长静态分析,缺少动态分析;④强调一般财务分析,淡化风险分析;⑤重视微观效益分析,忽视宏观效益分析。文章最后提出了几点建议,强调将海外矿山投资项目可行性研究制度化,推进投资项目咨询业的发展。

Analysis on the Feasibility Study of Overseas Mining Projects

The paper analyzes the necessary of feasibility study of overseas mining projects,analyzes its characteristics,points out the problems in this field at present in China,such as only pay attention to the record and approval of feasibility report,neglect its function development;stress on qualitative and static analysis,absent quantitative and dynamic analysis;attach importance to financial and microcosmic benefit analysis,ignore risk and macroeconomic benefit analysis.At the end of the paper the author puts some proposals and lay stress on systemizing overseas mining projects feasibility study and promoting the development of investment project consultation industry.
