摘    要:针对悬臂式掘进机PLC电气控制系统防护等级低,拆装不方便等缺点,采用EPEC专用控制器及工业触摸屏控制技术对其电气控制系统进行优化设计。实践表明,优化后的系统有效克服了掘进机PLC电控系统存在的缺陷,且运行可靠,具有良好的工业应用前景。

The Optimization Design of the Electrical Control System in the Boom Type Road Header Based on EPEC Dedicated Controller

Abstract:Considering the low hierarchy of the PLC electrical control system of the boom type road header and the inconvenience of removal and mounting,the article optimizes the design of the electrical control system using EPEC dedicated controller and industrial touch screen control technology.Practice shows that the optimized system effectively overcomes the deficiencies existing in the electrical control system of the road header,works reliably and has good prospects for industrial applications.
