| 摘 要： | 证券投资者保护基金制度的设立,是监管制度的创新,是投资者保护制度的完善,是我国证券法律制度保护投资者尤其是中小投资者合法权益这一基本原则的具体体现。目前我国证券投资者保护基金制度在基金公司治理结构、资金筹措、赔付、运营等方面面临着现实的挑战,所以必须采取切实的应对措施。
