关于商业银行价值创造模式的选择

摘    要:价值创造是实现商业银行价值最大化这一最终目标的必由之路。商业银行价值创造模式除反映收益创造能力外.还要考虑风险成本和资本成本调整。EVA是一个总量指标,对其进行调整,可以得到银行绝对价值创造模式。RAROC是一个比率指标,对其进行修正,可以得到银行相对价值创造模式。两种模式在评估价值创造能力的逻辑符号和变化方向上是一致的,且互为补充,共同构成了商业银行价值创造模式的二维系统。

Abstract:Value creation is the only way to realize the final aim at value maximization of commercial bank.Besides reflecting the ability of creating income,the value creation pattern of commercial bank still needs to consider the cost adjustment of risk and capital.EVA is a gross index,and you can get the gross value creation pattern of bank by adjusting it.RAROC is a ratio index,and you can get the relative value creation pattern of bank by modifying it.The above two patterns are not only consistent in logical symbol and change direction of evaluating the value creation ability,but also mutual supply,and they both constitute the two-dimensional system of value creation pattern of commercial bank.
