| Abstract: | China's financial performance showed the following features in January 2008.Broad money (M2) increased by 18.9% and a good supply of cash was put into circulation. New RMB loans recorded a comparatively large volume.RMB deposit growth decelerated.Corporate funds were generally ample.The interbank market witnessed brisk RMB transactions and stable rates. RMB continued to appreciate against USD. |
