论金融监管模式的合理性

对金融监管模式合理性的考量，应从影响金融监管模式运行的内在因素和外在因素两方面入手。虽然金融监管模式的确立最终是通过一国的金融立法完成的，其合理性依存其本国内在的经济争件，但金融市场全球化和世界贸易组织规则对各国法律的深刻影响，决定仅以本国立场考虑金融监管模式的架构不能适应发展的需求。同时，应以此为标准对我国的金融监管模式进行客观地评价，并促进其合理性的提升。

On the Reasonability of Financial Regulatary Model

Measuring the reasonability of financial regulatary model should be made from internal and external elements. Although the establishment of financial regulatary model is eventually accomplished by financial legislation in one country, the deep influence of financial market globalization and WTO rules upon laws in each country determines that considering a setup of financial regulatary model only from the national stand cannot adapt the need of development. Meanwhile, China＇s financial regulatary model should be made an objective evaluation according to this standard so as to accelerate its reasonabilitv.
