全景天窗汽车车身刚度分析及优化设计

摘    要:为了提高全景天窗汽车的车身刚度,满足汽车车身设计要求,利用HyperWorks软件建立了全景天窗车型(A型车)白车身有限元模型,分析其车身扭转刚度和扭转工况下的开口变形量,并与无天窗原型车进行对比研究。对A型车和原型车车身扭转刚度及开口变形量进行试验测量,并将仿真结果进行对比分析;对全景天窗的A型车车身刚度进行结构优化,如增大顶盖前后横梁截面积、改进水箱上横梁断面及截面形式、减少前后横梁孔洞及增加连接点等。结果显示,增加汽车天窗会使汽车的扭转刚度下降52%,同时车身在扭转工况下的开口变形量也会大幅增加,而对A型车进行结构优化后满足了设计要求。研究结果为全景天窗车身的刚度设计提供了一定的理论支持和设计参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the body stiffness of panoramic sunroof cars and meet the requirements of automobile body design, the finite element model of panoramic sunroof car (A-type) white body is established by using HyperWorks software, the torsional stiffness of the body and the opening deformation under torsional conditions are analyzed, and the A-type car is compared with the prototype car without sunroof. The body stiffness and opening deformation of A-type car and the prototype car are measured, and the simulation results are compared. The stiffness of A-type car body with panoramic sunroof is optimized by enlarging cross-section area of front and rear roof, improving cross-section and cross-section form of water tank, reducing cross-beam holes and increasing connection points, and so on. The results show that panoramic sunroof body will make the torsional stiffness decrease by 52%, and the opening deformation of the body will increase greatly under the torsional condition, so that the structural optimization of the A-type car can meet the design requirements. The study provides theoretical support and design reference for stiffness design of panoramic sunroof car body.
