城市社区物业关系中权力主体的互动分析——基于社会互动理论的分析视角

单位制社会解体和货币分房政策的推行导致了城市社会形成了多元权力主体参与的社区物业关系,这些多元的权力主体代表主要有社区居委会、业主委员会和物业服务公司。从社会学互动理论分析这三方的角色、互动关系、互动形式以及通过冲突的控制,建立三方沟通协调机制以实现三方良性互动,最终实现建设和谐社区的共同目标。

Interactive Analysis of Power Subjects in Property Relations of Urban Communities——From the Perspective of Social Interaction Theory

System of social disintegration units and monetary housing policy lead to the formation of community property relation, which is participated by the multiple power subjects in urban society. These diverse representatives of power subjects include community and owners＇ committee, and property services. In order to achieve tripartite benign interac- tion and finally achieves the common goal of building a harmonious community, this article analyses the role of the tripar- tite, including interactive relation, interactive form and controls the conflict and establishing a tripartite coordination mechanism.
