北京生态与宜居城市评价及建设途径探讨

随着北京城市功能的重新定位,关于生态城市和宜居城市的研究备受关注。本文从生态城市和宜居城市的内涵及其评价指标体系分析入手,通过人均GDP、住房储备、交通基础设施、人均绿地、城市空气质量以及生物多样性6个指标的比较,分析了北京与世界发达城市的差距,并指出北京宜居城市建设道路还任重道远,需要加强生态规划理论的运用,以期实现生态、社会、经济的协调和可持续发展。

Evaluation and Discuss of Constructive Approach of Beijing, Eco -city and Urban suitable For Living

With the re-positioning of Beijing city function,the research of eco-city and urban suitable for living attracts more attention.It will start with analyzing the content and assessment index system of eco-city and urban suitable for living in this article,finding gap Beijing and developed city in the word,through comparison of six index of per capita GDP,housing reserves,transport infrastructure,per capita green space,urban air quality,and biodiversity,and pointing out it will be a long and heavy road to construct urban suitable for living in Beijing,which need to strengthen practice of ecological planning theory,for achieving coordinative and sustainable development of ecology,society and economy.
