| 摘 要： | 加入WTO ,黑龙江森林工业既受到挑战 ,同时又提供了发展机遇。本文分析了黑龙江森林工业的优势与劣势、WTO对黑龙江森林工业的积极影响和不良冲击 ,在此基础上提出了应对WTO黑龙江森林工业发展的对策 :保护和发展森林资源 ;调整战略 ,改善结构 ,提高森工企业的竞争力 ;加快森工现代企业制度建设步伐 ;积极发展外向型经济 ;发展林业行业组织 ;运用WTO的原则保护的利益 ;加强人才的引进和培养

| Abstract: | Joining WTO,Heilongjiang forestry industry suffers challenge,and provides the development opportunity at the same time again.This text has analysed superiority and inferiority of Heilongjiang forestry industry.Positive influence and the harmfully shock under WTO,put forward the countermeasure to WTO on this foundation:Protecting and developing the sources of forest resources,adjusting strategy,improving the structure,raising the competition power of forestry industry enterprise and quickening modern enterprise system construction.Positively developing outside type economy and forestry trade organization,using principle of WTO to protect our interest,strengthening recommend and cultivating of person with ability. |
