| Abstract: | Circular economy and market economy have the relationship of synchronization and joint improvement.Both follow the cost-benefit principle based on natural resource scarcity.Circular economy can eliminate fundamentally the environmentally negative external diseconomy and promote the efficiency and standardization of market economy.Circular economic development mode embodies the unification of social economy and environmental effect,and is a rational choice of society and economy. |
