| 摘 要： | 通过对战略性新兴产业的内涵、特征等理论基础的研究,总结提出欠发达地区战略性新兴产业的培育准则和培养模式,并以广西为例,提出了欠发达地区战略性新兴产业的主要发展模式,包括产业延伸发展模式、技术领先发展模式、技术跟随发展模式、引进合作发展模式、产业集群发展模式,从而以发展战略性新兴产业推动广西实现"富民强桂新跨越",实现跨越式赶超发展。 |

| Abstract: | This article through to the strategic new industry connotation and characteristics of the theories research article sums up undeveloped region strategic new industry standards and the cultivation of the training mode,and to Guangxi as an example,Put forward the underdeveloped region strategic new industry the main development mode,including(the industry extension development mode,leading technology development mode,technical follow the development mode,introduce the cooperation development mode,the development model of industrial cluster),thereby to develop strategic new industry to promote Guangxi realize "Enrich people,strengthen Gui and new spanning",and realize the great-leap-forward development catch up. |
