| 摘 要： | 缩小城乡差距对构建和谐社会至关重要。改革开放以来，多种因素综合作用导致我国城乡差距日益扩大。只有总结我国城乡发展中的教训并借鉴发达国家解决城乡差距的经验，才能真正提出缩小我国城乡差距的有效措施，最终构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | It is important for constructing harmonious society to reduce the gap between the urban and rural region.Since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world was implemented, the gap between the urban and rural region increasingly,because of the various functions of comprehensive factors. Only summarize the precept and draw lessons from experiences that developed countries solve the problem, then can we really put forward calid measures to contract the gap between urban and region and set up harmonious society. |
