| 摘 要： | 对东营市金融支持农民增收作用效果作了实证分析,对制约金融支持农民增收的因素进行了剖析,认为主要是传统的粗放型农业增长方式和当前农村金融体系制约金融支持农民增收,提出应加快农业增长方式的转变、推动农村金融体系的健全完善,消除金融对农民增收的制约。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the effectiveness of Dongying government's financial support to help farmers increase their revenue and the factors which limit the financial support to agriculture,the author thinks that it is mainly the increasing way of the traditional extensive cultivation and the present rural financial system that limit the financial support to the farmers' revenue.We should quicken the transformation of the way of agriculture increasing,improve the agricultural financial system,remove the financial limitation on the farmer's increasing revenue. |
