服务型政府与人民满意度的契合及构建

服务型政府首先应该是一个人民满意的政府,人民满意也是建设服务型政府的根本目标。针对当前服务型政府建设存在的局限性,建设人民满意的服务型政府必须树立"权为民所用"的服务理念;必须正确履行政府职能,着力解决人民群众的实际问题;必须突出重点并在服务人本化、服务多样化、服务范围大众化、服务体制科学化、服务程序法律化上下功夫;必须弘扬公共精神和加强能力建设上下功夫;必须在廉洁高效上多努力,必须建设和完善政府服务绩效评价机制,只有这样才能卓有成效地建设好人民满意的服务型政府。

Consilience and its Construction of Service-oriented Government and the Satisfaction of the People

In view of the limitations of building of service-oriented government at present,to build service-oriented government to satisfy the people,it must establish the concept of service of "right for the people",perform government's function properly,give efforts to solve the practical problems,highlight the emphasis and focus on human-oriented of services,the diversification of services,affordable to the public on the areas of services,scientific services,legalization of procedure of services.It also must carry forward the spirit of public and strengthen the building of capacity;be more clean and efficient;build and improve the evaluation mechanism of government services.Only by this way,it can build service-oriented government to satisfy the people fruitfully.
