| 摘 要： | 粮食物流"四散化"是粮食物流现代化的主要标志,对降低粮食物流成本、提高粮食物流效率、增加粮食的有效供给、保障国家粮食安全起着至关重要的作用。本文在总结加拿大粮食物流"四散化"发展经验的基础上,分析我国推进"四散化"过程中存在的瓶颈,结合我国实际,得出对推动粮食物流"四散化"变革的有益启示。

| Abstract: | Grain Logistics ＂Four Bulks＂ is the main symbol of the modern grain logistics, which plays a vital role in reducing the grain logistics costs, improving the efficiency of grain logistics, increasing the effective supply of food, to ensure national food security. This article summarizes the development experience grain logistics ＂Four Bulks＂ mode in Canada. On the basis, Review the present situations of the ＂Four Bulks＂ in China, Combined with the reality of our country, proposing policy and plan to expedite the development of ＂Four Bulks＂ mode in China. |
